IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO BE PAIN-FREE AGAIN?

Yes, through correct management and exercise therapy, we can help the body return to a pain-free state. This process is different for each individual; however, you will have your Biokineticist and Physiotherapist walking you through this individually designed, patient-specific treatment process.

AHA FACILITIES

We make use of state-of-the-art machinery to ensure patients are treated thoroughly, as well as assist them in their progress. The DBC machines are used as part of the exercise treatments to restore normal function of the neck and lower back. The back machines target the trunk muscles of the spine helping to restore mobility and control, as well as building muscular strength and endurance. The neck protocol includes machines that will incorporate shoulder and scapular motion as the shoulder and neck have a close functional relationship.

Private patients may use the DBC machines, however we focus more on functional exercises that the patients can perform at home with minimal equipment. This is done to accommodate the patient due to the possible limitations of the number of treatments they can afford to attend. DBC allows for more contact sessions with the patient which makes the machines more appropriate for DBC patients.
